The journey begins at 8am from your hotel towards Central Lombok. After the 1-hour drive through the breathtaking mountain and rice field landscape, you will arrive on the southern slope of Mount Rinjani, where your 2-hour soft trekking begins. During the hike you will get to know several types of tropical plants such as banana, coffee, cocoa plantation and many others in the tropical rainforest of Lombok. After about 45 minutes of hiking, you can marvel at the Benang Kelambu waterfall. The waterfall looks like the curtain from your hotel room. The hike continues to the Benang Setokel waterfall, which becomes a twin waterfall when it rains. After the lunch break we continue to the Suranadi mini botanical garden for the further hike. There you will get to know many types of tropical vegetation. Afterwards you can relax a bit at the pond in the Botanical Garden, where you can have your feet massaged in the water by the doctor fish (called Docter Fish). Or the Docter Fish eat away the old dead skin of your feet or hands. But the fish are not piranha. Then back to hotel.
